Our environment reflects the current information that best supports young childrens learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment. We believe that open, honest, reciprocal communication between the family, the child, and the educator(s) is important for the well-being of your children. Encompass provides rich early learning experiences for children 30 months to school age. We work from a strength-based, holistic, organic, and emergent lens, thus meeting the needs, interests, and curiosity of each child. Our diverse program also supports and strengthens the childs social/emotional, and cultural identities to build confidence in all areas of their growth.
