Each individual proceeds through life as the expert of their own story. With this perspective, I invite my clients to explore the influence of adversity in their personal and family lives. Through therapeutic discussions, it becomes possible to discover new outcomes with a sense of optimism and strength. Whether you are considering counselling for yourself or a family member, I encourage you to browse the site and become acquainted with some of the therapeutic approaches I like to work with. My hope is that you will become acquainted with the philosophy and value-based therapy I offer. Choosing a Counsellor or a Leadership Coach can involve some thought and consideration. Once you have explored the site, I invite you to give me a call to answer any questions you have, or to book a consultation time for you. Aside from in-person Counselling sessions, I also offer phone or e-Counselling.
