We are not accepting visitors without an appointment at the Assessment Centre. Instead, you must receive an appointment in one of the following ways:
1) You must call your physician to discuss your symptoms by phone, and your physician will determine next steps for your care and may refer you to visit the Mission COVID-19 Assessment Centre.
2) Take the COVID-19 assessment on the site
Important: Do not visit your family physician if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or suspect you are infected.
