About this service
Ispiciwin, located in historical Lacombe, Alberta, is a 3 bed specialized complex needs group care program for youth who have had little to no success in regular group care programs. Our professional and dedicated team members assist the youth in fulfilling their potential and building capacity for their future. The purpose of the program is to work with high needs youth who due to their unique needs are unable to remain in familial care, or are unable to be placed in a less intrusive environment, such as foster care or kinship care. A key component will be Individualized Care Planning in regards to schooling, long term permanency planning. The program will assist youth transition to Disability Services when they approach their 18th birthday.
