About this organization
The Hallway Cafe & Takeaway operates as an employment readiness program under e4c. Because this is a working restaurant serving the public the youth in our program get a hands-on learning opportunity within a complete kitchen setting; utilizing specialized equipment such as the forno (pizza) oven, espresso machine, point of sale systems, and the combi-therm oven. We also focus on the development of teamwork, communication, time & resource management, and customer service as important work and life skills that will stay with them for life.
