About this service
A supportive and welcoming program designed to assist youth in developing and maintaining healthy self-esteem. Lessons covered include understanding self-esteem, negative and positive self-talk, managing peer pressure, self-care, and building confidence in being oneself! Participants will engage in activities, role playing, affirmations, and discussions while quieting negative self-talk.
This program is also offered as a 6 week course.
